Cranial Strategy: Terms and Conditions

1. Enrollment and Registration:

1.1. To enroll in any course offered on Cranial Strategy, users must register an account on our platform by submitting the enrollment form.
1.2. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form.
1.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Course Registration Fees:

2.1. Enrollment in a course is subject to availability and requires payment of the course registration fees.

2.2. The course registration fees for each course are clearly displayed on the course page. By enrolling, you agree to pay the specified fees for the selected course.

2.3. Course registration fees are non-transferable.

2.4. Course registration fees cannot be carried forward to another course.

Cancellation and Refunds:

2.5. Course registration fees are non-refundable, except in the circumstances outlined below.

2.6. Cancellation of a course is allowed upon written request via email within 24 hours of course registration and payment.

2.7. A full refund will be issued if a refund request is made within 24 hours of course registration.

2.8. Refund requests will not be considered after 24 hours of course registration.

2.9. We reserve the right to cancel any registration at our discretion without providing a reason. In such cases, any course registration fees paid will be fully refunded.

3. User Conduct:

3.1. Users agree to use Cranial Strategy for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3.2. Users shall not engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our website or interfere with any other party’s use of our website.

4. Intellectual Property Rights:

4.1. All course materials, including but not limited to videos, lectures, texts, and assessments, are the intellectual property of Cranial Strategy and/or its content providers.
4.2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based upon the course materials without prior written consent from Cranial Strategy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties:

5.1. Cranial Strategy provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any representation or warranty, express or implied.
5.2. While the courses are designed to enhance skills and learning, there is no guarantee of admission to any college or institution, nor a guarantee of significant improvement in leadership or other personal skills. Learning is a process, and retention varies among individuals.

6. Limitation of Liability:

6.1. In no event shall Cranial Strategy or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

7. Governing Law:

7.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

8.1. Cranial Strategy reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
